Juan is a Sr. Talent Consultant at Sourceology. With over 12 years of industry experience, he is responsible for some of our most important clients like Polycom, CapGemini, Deloitte and Baffle.io. His industry focus is Professional Services, Engineering and Enterprise Software and has successfully placed some of the top Engineers, Sales executives and Directors at these companies.

Juan believes that recruiting is like hunting. Headhunting has provided him with client and candidate management skills, a keen sense of urgency to close searches and the ability to experience managing distributed teams of up to 60 resources and in multiple locations.
Juan is a graduate of the University of Buenos Aires, is fluent in Spanish, plays polo, attends blockchain & cryptocurrency events in his free time and is an avid reader.
Jesse is a Sr. Talent Consultant at Sourceology. With over 13 years of industry experience, he is responsible for some of our most important clients like BMC, Nutanix and SAP. His industry focus is Consumer Goods and Enterprise Software and has successfully placed some of the top Pre-Sales, Solutions Architects and Account Executives at these companies.
